When I click on “Instagram Options” it shows the access token that I already entered. The feed for that account will show fine. If I enter an access token for a different account, then THAT account will show fine, but the other account stops working. How do I enter multiple access tokens to get multiple accounts to show?

When I try and to that – I get this error message: This client has not been approved to access this resource.

Is this because I need to enter the Access Token for EACH user? If so, how do I do that?

My client is having more issues with her Bookly installation. Emails are going out at incorrect times (emailing a reminder for a tomorrow appointment when the appointment is a week later) and now they cannot do anything within the calendar – new appointments or cancellations won’t update. They are willing to buy the next 6 months of support – but not if this is somehow suddenly not going to work for them at all. Please help.

Ok…Instead of being cryptic and making this take 8 comments here. The simple answer would have been:

    1) Install the free version on the destination site.
    2) Within the source site – go to >Tools >Export
    3) Export “Logos”
    4) Export “Media” (I did select the “Logos” to export the attachments, but that did not work, I had to export the images separately – since I had uploaded the images all on the same day originally, this was simple).
    5) Within the destination site, go to >Tools >Import
    6) Run the importer for the “Logos” and than again for “Media” (be sure you’ve named each file uniquely)
    7) Place the logo slider where ever you want with the new site using [gs_logo].

That would have been much easier – but now the instructions are here for anyone who wants them…..

Great – I can export and import with the free version — but you won’t tell me how unless I buy the pro version? Is it a secret? Is it covered in the documentation?

So, you are saying that with the free version I probably “could” export the data, but without buying the pro version I can’t get the tech support to tell me how. Also, the free version can be put on as many sites as I would like – but if I buy the pro version I have to buy a separate license for every site… The free version has everything my client needs on each of his sites. We can put the free version on all 3 of his sites and I could simply complete the (tedious) task of uploading all of the images individually again on each site, adding the links individually again on each site and everything will work fine – I was simply trying to save some time by exporting the data I’ve already entered on one of his sites.

I only have the free version. If I purchase the pro version will that give me the ability to export the existing slider I have from one site and copy it into another — or will the pro version simply give me access to your tech support?

I’m working with a security expert and he asked me to have the hosting company zip all the site files and email them to him; which I have done. He hopes to be able to identify the file(s) that allowed the hackers in. I’d be happy to send you that zip file if you are interested. Perhaps you could see what happened, or what was missed.

My host quarantined the entire site, so I can’t run the scan again. But I did look at the quarantined files and could see that there was a folder that was added on Monday (ran the scan on Friday, got the notice of phishing on Wednesday) that was clearly infected, it contained php files and files that pointed to credit card sign up pages. None of those pages were there before; which tells me that the hackers had something in that site that allowed them back in. Right after the first hacking incident happened – before I installed your plugin – I made sure the site was running the most recent version of WP and all the plugins, I deleted any plugins that were not in use, I changed all of the cpanel passwords, I changed all of the WordPress passwords, I verified that there was only one user account within the WP site (mine), I made sure there were to other FTP users. I’m not sure what else I could have done. The only thing I can think that happened is that there was still something within that site that allowed the hackers an open door back in.

No the plugin told me the site was clean, that was last Friday. Then today I got the email from my host telling me that they had been contacted with the information that this site was being used (again) as a phishing site.

My host is not being of much help, they tell me that it’s my responsibility to keep my individual sites clean.

I have a security guy looking at the quarantined files over the next couple of days. I’m hoping he can shed some light on this.

There had to be something, either in this site or my other sites (I am on a shared server) that allowed them back in. I’m on a mission to find out how they got back in.

Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.

I see, I assumed it must be something like that. I do want to say that the person I’m working with on my hacking issue went to the website of the author of TimThumb and his website states, on the front page, that he is no longer updating or supporting TimThumb and that there would be no fixes if any other vulnerabilities are found. It says that anyone using it is doing so at their own risk. I’m wondering if WordPress (or a plugin) will eventually find a replacement for it and remove it in a future upgrade. Your thoughts on this?

    Thread Starter JustDuckyDesigns

    (@justduckydesigns)

I’ve figured out the issue. If you select “Allow message to be edited”, then you see these types of codes (and <p>, etc.). If I deselect that option, then it displays fine.

Great advice! I’m pretty good with databases, but I know what you mean – it’s better to leave this as is and edit the names after the fact. That’s what I will do.

Thanks so much for the outstanding tech support!

I was able to edit that file and change the field name that displays on the form/petition to be “Age” and “Name of School”. Now one more issue – the database that stores the information on people who sign the form still uses the “City” and “State” as the field labels. Is there a way to change that – so that when we store the information we can import it into our Mailing List form with the correct field labels?

Thanks so much for the great support!

Sorry – I didn’t see that it was within “Includes” – I’m trying that right now.
