Am I correct that this release does not fix the issue of the calendar view, on mobile devices, showing incorrect dates? When I asked this question here about a month ago, I got this response:

“This is indeed a bug and is fixed in 3.10 our next release. We are doing our final testing on the release and hope to have it soon, but I have no exact date to give out right now.”

Is there any update as to when this issue will be taken care of?

Checking to see if there has been any progress on addressing this bug in the plug in?

I am having the exact same problem. I created a thread here and I got an email back a few days later with this response:

“There is, unfortunately, a bug along these lines: we’re aware of it and will address it as quickly as we can. Thanks for your patience in the meantime :-)”

So, I guess we just wait! It’s a real problem for a client of mine; but I have no choice but to tell them it’s a bug it the plug in and we are waiting for them to fix it.

What I’ve done for them is to enable both the calendar and the list views and make the list view the default view – they are not totally happy with this solution, but it’s the best I can do for now. In the meantime, I’m also looking around for a different plug in.

I’d love to hear if anyone knows that status on this issue. Since they only check this forum once a week, on Wednesdays, maybe tomorrow there will be an update.

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I’ve had to switch the site to List view only so that my client was happy. I can switch it back to calendar, if anyone is willing to try and help with this problem.

Do they not support is free version at all?

I found out what the problem was. CoffeCup tech support had no idea – I actually found it buried in their own help pages.

When you add a form to a WordPress site that uses Permalinks (it was the Permalinks that caused the issue) you have to change the html markup and not use exactly what is generated by FormBuilder. What worked for me was the very last thing on the page – where it says: “You may also find on some WordPress installations that the full markup will not work. Using a simplified iframe should correct that. Here is an example of what to use:”

That is very bizarre – there are sections in that line which have &#8221 before them, and when I copy and paste it into this box (here on this page) I see it, but as soon as I click “post” they disappear!! What is that all about?

Thanks for the update! Page Builder is awesome – so easy to use and does exactly what it is supposed to do!

I was just searching on this problem (in a panic!!). I, too, love Page Builder and did not want to give up on it. My theme was built with Artiseer and I am VERY anxiously awaiting 2.0.3 update so this will be fixed. I really hope it is very soon.

Just a comment regarding the “technical support and lack of interaction”. I downloaded this free version to see if it is something that would work as an alternative to NextGEN. I noticed two problems right away – the light gallery effect did not work at all and I can only put up one gallery per page.

I sent an email via their website and this is the response I got:

Apparently they don’t care about supporting this free version at all. It is only a way to get you to buy the paid version. I, also, am very disappointed. I was very close to making a purchase and very likely would have if they were simply able to help me make the free version “work”.

I do suspect that it is a hosting issue, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else had experienced this or if the plugin author had any ideas.

I created this about 8 months ago and it’s been working fine until this past weekend. There have been NO changes made to the site at all. Why would it suddenly stop working correctly?

I just tried checking “No” for the Flash version, and if you click on the site now you will see that it shows the first image (but not centered as it should be) and then it just hangs up for over a minute before it will show the next image.

Any thoughts?

Interesting, but it did not work. I tried switching to each of the WordPress Twenty series themes and it did the exact same thing each time – so apparently it is not the theme.

Any other thoughts? Does the plugin creator every post here?
