Thanks Steve, I did. I got a new version of the plugin, but it did not fix the problem.

Unfortunately after further investigation it appears that it may be the result of some other issue. The original developer installed Divi and Elementor and I suspect there may be a conflict there.

Does that open up any other ideas?

We’re using WP Forms but I also have a custom plugin for a Lost & Found section on the site. The form for submitting a new Lost or Found pet is required, as well as a form entitled “Responses” with Name, Email and Comments.
