Hi Andrew,
I did and they told me 3.9.1 is not supported and to go back a version. Not really the response I was hoping for and if I do that I am wondering how the long term existence of my website is looking. Totally sucks because we just redid our website 1.5 years ago and had no idea they were not offering forward support for the template.

I am having the same problem but I could not find a similar style to the one that was causing Adam’s problem. Our site is https://www.studiotrilogy.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
