I found that if I enter the paypal email address (username) into the bill itself, it works, however not if that is blank. I had understood that if you entered the information into the settings area of the plugin it would act as a default, this does not appear to be the case?

The website also has an odd og:image bug so I’m unsure if something in WP was damaged when the website domain name changed?… Never had a problem changing those in the past.

Found the problem, there was an issue with the FB side’s configuration.

Same problem here, I activated only the Facebook Comments plugin and made a new post which generated the error.
