Right I have disabled all forms and still getting the same problem.
Here is a scenario – I created a form, and there were some fields I wanted customers to be able to duplicate while filling out the form. So when I created the Field Group and added the fields I wanted. When I just select fields and go to preview, the form will work perfectly well, but once I edit any of the fields in the form, and go back to preview, I wont be able to duplicate the fields again.
