Given that so many people are using mobile phones now is it possible for you to set the perimeters to % rather than pixels. I would have thought that would be easy for a programmer to do.

i could not get it to work on a ‘page’ so I made a ‘post’ put the code in and it works. so i have one post showing on the blog page and it is calling the fb posts and working well.

I tried your suggestion above but no other page template worked.

I am having this problem too.

I have two images inserted into the front page of the website https://www.daintreecascades.com.au/ on a desktop computer you can click on them to go to their pages The Round House and The Cottage but on a mobile device you cannot click on the images at all. I have been informed that this has something to do with the wonderful next gen gallery plug in I am using.

Above you say you plan to work on this that was 4 months ago has there been any progress there. Thank you in advance. Gabrielle

I would say that the sites having this problem above have been hacked and its just a coincidence that when you upgraded your versions the plugins disappeared.

I have had this same problem on about 6 of my sites and when you log into the admin area the plugins all disappear. Using FTP you can see them all in the plug in folder.

The way I have been fixing it is as above. Underscore or rename the plugin then reinstall it. DONT FORGET TO DELETE THE UNDERSCORED PLUGINS. If you look into the files you will see all the code that the hackers have installed.

I have been looking for a more efficient and faster fix to this problem but am yet to come up with one.

I have installed Advanced Automatic Updater and Wordfence plugins to my sites and the alert emails I receive all day everyday of hackers trying to hack in is very concerning.

I hope someone can offer a quicker fix to this problem.

fantastic… if you were here i would give you a big hug…i changed the theme and there it all was perfectly how they should be. after two days of messing with it…. grrrr. I truely appreciate your help and I will be using this plug in on other sites in the future… THANK YOU SO MUCH…. now to change the theme…

is there anyway in the wp admin area to see a code or anything to allow us to access the pro forum?

the site owner has no idea the previous developer purchased it and they are not on speaking terms..

i am having the same problem with the theme as well…

the problem is i am not the original developer so we dont have the username and password from when the pro version was purchased…

where do i find the pro forums?
