Interesting addendum here. With the 7.4.0 update, one of my four color categories defaulted to the gray background/border with white text. I rolled back to Color Categories 7.3.2 and all is well — except the color categories tab in TEC settings is wonky (doesn’t fit in the area provided).

And, on another site I manage, 7.4.0 is working just fine. On both sites, I am using the current plugin versions for TEC v6.8.3 and TEC Pro v7.3.0. Go figure?

I used another browser. I am running macOS, and was using Chrome. When I logged in with Safari, the fields and info to create a new book were available. I am sure that if I flushed my caches, or even went so far as to reset Chrome, it would work there.

My direct email is [email protected] and I do see the pasted code appearing in your earlier post. I will try it. What I have done in the mean time is to roll back the plugin to version 5.2.2. That works for now. I will try your fix and get back to you with the results.

Hmmm… I edited the code, went to update the post with the redirect. Ticked the “open in new window” box, updated the post, and the tick in the box went away. No open in new window? Flushed caches, etc. What do you think? And thanks for stepping in for the author.

Will this be something I need to do every time there is an update?

I too have the same issue. A choice of compact or normal recaptcha on the Settings>Advanced tab would be great. The verticality of the compact recaptcha skews layouts. Google makes it mostly impossible to edit the look and feel of recaptcha.

Please make this change in an upcoming version. This is not bloat this is design options.

I downloaded the free version not the paid version. All is well now (so far).
