Hello @mindthegip, I didn’t resolve the question. My solution was migrate to forminator, where we can make lot of calculations.

PROBLEM SOLVED

My problem was because of the incompatibility of the records in version 3 and version 4 of the plugin.

I cleaned all the database plugin tables and imported them from my backup. I uploaded via ftp the plugin in version 3.3 and it is working ok.

Hello! Thanks for the quick feedback.

The plugin is installed in the admin of my wordpress and I believe I have understood where the problem came from. We recently moved the site to another host and since then we have had this problem. To what I could see the same happened because we updated the plugin from versions 3.x to 4.0.1 and the script was not run to rewrite the indexes at this time.

During the night I ran the update tool in my entire download base, but I did not succeed.

What I will do now is this:
– I will uninstall the plugin and erase the database tables
– I will upload a backup of the plugin in a 3.x version and import the records to the tables
– I’ll test it on the site if it’s OK
– If there is an analysis of the option to upgrade the plugin

I have the same problem. I′m using WordPress 3.2 and latest version of Contact Form. When the users send the form, it’s appear like “loading” and loops infinitly, without send the message. Can you help us? The Contact Form 7 works great in versions of WP before 3.2 . Congratulations for the great plugin!

I edited the header cutting some information for my template pages and create one template who uses the Meteor, works great for me.
