Thank you, ‘Compatibility Mode’ fixed the problem.

It’s ok, we have decided to remove pick up options and only ship, so this is not an issue anymore.

I guess it could be using an alphabetical ordering logic. It shows as follows;

local pickup
shipping: $00.00

It is actually ‘microsoft edge’ (formally internet explorer). Version shows as follows;
Microsoft Edge 44.17763.1.0
Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.17763

I have defined these in shipping zones and ordered them (i.e. shipping above, local pick up below).

Upon testing I have found that it displays correctly on chrome, but does not display correctly on internet explorer. So would this be then classed as a browser issue?

I am using the free plugin and I have the same issue. When product is added to cart, forced sell is also added. But if product is removed, forced sell remains in cart. Was there a solution for this?
