Well, you see, I’m in a little bit of a dispute with the manager of my site. Here is what I want from my web designer as recommended by many site checkers and analysis tools. What does wordpress actually recommend?

What I want – It is a good practice to move all the inlines CSS rules into an external file in order to make your page “lighter” in weight and decrease the code to text ratio.

Their respoonse – WordPress uses a combination of external style sheets, header styles, and inline styles. Changing the way WordPress displays these styles may adversely affect the website. I do not recommend adjusting these or changing these in anyway.
