In reply to: [thememagic] Theme Magic Pro VersionI also have the pro version and am wondering how to slow down the transition time between slides.
my site is https://www.impactsdt.com
any help would be appreciated
Thanks
I keep getting a 403 error, so i am assuming I have locked myself out with too many login attempts but for some reason my normal username and password weren’t working??? I was in the backend, then made a change to a contact form regarding admins and was auto logged out. Then tried to log back in and now 403 error. It’s been a long enough time and I tried deleting the host locked out that was mine in the database and that didn’t work. Any ideas? Thanks
P.S. If I hide my ip address I can get there but kind of a pain plus I need to get into the backend and not sure if that will work still but I will check
Ian, thank you it worked, the problem was I had removed the meta viewport tag but hadn’t added that additional code you posted above. Very cool. Thanks again!
FYI, the functions.php file for this theme is a bit unusual. It has css and some html in it. Can’t help but think it may have something to do with it. I have a lot to learn about php and html so bear with me if I sound like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Just not used to seeing that much alternate code other than php in a functions.php file. Most of the code deals with the header img styling and background image.
Yes, actually I was pretty sure I had already done that and I checked, it’s not there…I saw the post regarding this fix and did follow those instructions with no luck. Just to be sure, this tag would be in header.php correct? I will check functions also
I don’t believe it is fixed in any of the most recent versions as I am still having this problem. I actually sent in a message about it on another thread, then saw this. All the pages look great on Android phone but on a Safari browser/Iphone the page with the map is zoomed way large outside of the screen area. I actually haven’t viewed it thru safari on a PC only on an apple device.
Hi Ian,
I am having a problem with the page containing the map magnifying beyond the screen size when viewing on mobile…particularly IPhone as it looks fine on the android. Wondering if you know a trick to stop this from happening or if you are even offering support for mobile devices. I hate asking but my client of course has an iphone…hah! The site is:

In reply to: TinyMCE Visual Editor Not WorkingDougJoseph, oh my gosh that was the magical post!! I knew it was a .htaccess file issue as I have been having that message to update all these .htaccess files in the backend of wordpress. But just didn’t know which one…all of a sudden there are so many! Thanks! the “includes” folder would have been the last place I would think was the problem.
