its already responsive, means it will adopt the screen size automatically.

what is the issue, can you pleas describe it.

if you need the description distance from top then you can add padding-top and you can also increase font size. But you have to do this manually.

just add the following codes as you have edited few minutes before. just below that lines.

.team_profile_desc p{padding-top:100px; font-size:16px; line-height: 24px;}

Well there need to tweak lot to add phone number and need to add manually, so we decided to updated the plugins that supports phone number and email too.
and for most of case there is no hidden name so we do not have feature to hide name. but we will add that feature too for you.
You will get the updated plugin within few hours.

1. Go to plugins and there you will find several plugins, choose Easy Team Manager
2. Click on edit
3. Find the file called “easy-team-manager/css/style.css”
5th from the top
4. add the following codes at bottom of the page.

.team_member_wrap{width: 31% !important;}

.team_profile_wrap{height: 295px !important;}

.team_profile_pic{height: 205px !important;}

.team_profile_wrap:hover .team_profile_desc{opacity:1; height:205px !important}
