Thanks so much for looking into this so fast, I really appreciate it!

The HTML is there, but indeed, not the avatars, which is odd. We do use a third party plugin to upload profile images, however, when disabling that, it didn’t solve the issue. But yes, you were right to point out that the images aren’t displaying on author pages either, I hadn’t noticed that yet, thank you! It looks like the issue must be something else, indeed.

Somewhat similar issue here:

– when I’m logged in as Admin, all the profiles show logged-in (admin) user’s profile data.
– when logged out/ in incognito window, profiles don’t show ANY DATA WHATSOEVER, only the profile banner, person’s name and photo.

Please fix asap.

Any more ideas?

We have filtering for profile photo enabled – I tried disabling it and testing that, it didn’t help.

I also did another conflict test for plugins and themes, no luck.

Hi – when is 2.1 expected??

There’s no “reset section” button. Only a list of fields to enter the pages, and a save button.

Yes, I’ve done the following and none of it helped;

1. reset permalinks
2. reset user page in UM settings
3. deleted first user page and then recreated it
4. did complete plugin conflict testing

None of that helped except switching off The Events Calendar and related plugins.

Did a conflict test – nothing changed… It’s not other plugins or my theme, I think.

No I do not but I do have a different plugin running that enables opengraph. I’ll see if installing Jetpack and that code works.

… OK installed jetpack and tried the code but no luck, still only returning Home + home featured image for Profiles. I cleared all my caches and such but no luck.

I don’t think you quite understand though –

I just want the member list to return people who are in group A, when I search for A, and not for people in group A to show up in group B, too.

I’m not doing a search for multiple parameters?

Would appreciate the help ?? Even if it’s just pointing me in the direction of some documentation or whatever.

Hi UM support – sorry for my unclear communication in my first post. I already did a conflict test for both plugins and theme, UM is causing the issue as it only occurs when UM is enabled.
