There appear to be two headers. When scrolling down the page – the sticky header takes over.

The settings for the primary header are set to the exact same background color – yet it still jumps between the two? I can see it happen when watching in the Chrome Inspector

Also – how can I constrict the header height?

Highlight ‘Expertise’ , right click, ‘Inspect Element’.

I included a screenshot . Play with the font size in the inspector until you find the size you want – then copy that class (with the font size) to CSS edits to Appearance> Theme Options> Advanced Settings.

Example if you want 15 px for ‘Expertise’ and ‘Targeted..’

You would put:

in to Appearance> Theme Options> Advanced Settings.

I hope you’re using a Child Theme. If you’re deleting the NAV bar, is this just going to be one page?

You won’t be deleting the menu by editing the .php. You’d want to hide it in the Child Theme using CSS.

Is there such a thing as a ‘wrapper’? In Joomla they have a wrapper that allows you to basically embed a page.

Their plugin doesn’t work, and if the script isn’t working – I want to see if I can just embed the listing somehow without their script?

Like an iframe of the page maybe? Not sure if that’s the right idea?

Cleanup is not pretty. If you have the option, starting from scratch in SOME cases can be easier.

I’ve used Better WP security plugin. Going forward, consider something as simple as this. It’s HIGHLY rated, and has worked so far. I’ve used some of the advanced features, but it has a one click setup if you’re not sure what to do.
If you have a high traffic site, I agree securi.net is a great commercial product. You pay – but they protect and wil. even do the cleanup if you do get hacked.

ALSO, make regular backups. There are a number of FREE options that will backup to things like your dropbox account.

I went to a commercial product called BackupBuddy. It has a great utility to restore the site just with a few clicks.

Computer/Smartphone/Website – Everything should be backed up regularly. I can’t stress that enough.

Disabling the plugins was a good step to try… the next most obvious is the PHP memory limit. MAMP can be a pain.

Launch MAMP – File – Edit Template – PHP – Select the PHP version you’re using.

Look for: memory_limit = 32M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)

Set it to at least 64 mb. save and restart the servers.

Sadly it looks like you’re site’s been hacked.

If you look at the source you’ll repeated see “+ADw-” it’s an injection attack.
It’s unfortunately all too common. You can search Google for +ADw and you’ll see many others.

Do you keep a backup? When was the last one? Do you have one prior to finding this on your page?

If nothing else I’d make sure your WP install is up-to-date and you change your admin password ASAP.
