In reply to: [Intrace] No Customize Editor and Can’t Add FaviconHello there,
I want to mention that the “customize” option is not available in the WordPress dashboard on the left sidebar at all. Going to that direct URL you gave to me DID bring up the customizer (thank you), however it seems like a bug that you can’t get to it from the dashboard.
Thanks for the response.
Hello! Yes that is the culprit – I didn’t realize that would affect the email images when we were testing and building the site. With the password protection on the /public_html/ folder turned off, everything worked as it should. I appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting this issue!
Followup – these are emails being sent to gmail on desktop both PC and iOS. The email images are not showing up for two completely different systems / email addresses.
I’m also getting the error on 30% of my images (all RGB), with a paid subscription. I don’t want to continue paying monthly if the plugin isn’t working correctly. Would be nice to know if there is a goal ETA on the fix.
Thanks!Thank you!
I did dig to get the error message after I put in the ticket – it was[20-Jul-2021 05:52:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/coincide/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/seo-tools/jetpack-seo-titles.php on line 271
So I upped the allowed memory for scripts and so far it appears fixed!
Thank you for your speedy follow-up.Hi, thank you for your response. I’m not sure if something changed in the 2 weeks since I was working on this specific site, but it seems to not be an issue any longer.
Cheers!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WordPress Slider Block Gutenslider] No slider displayed in FirefoxIt happens on the front end in Firefox – I am able to see it in the backend. If you need the URL let me know – it’s pw protected so I’d want to have a secure way to get that to you.
I am also getting the error “[21-May-2020 19:36:53 UTC] PHP Warning: session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/easyship-woocommerce-shipping-rates/easyship.php on line 73”
Can the plugin author update with a fix perhaps?
Thank you.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OnePress] Change Mobile Menu BreakpointHi! Thanks. That new code worked. Before, it was bumping the nav under the logo between 1140 and 900px and then turning into a hamburger. With your new code, it is working perfectly. I appreciate all of your help!

In reply to: [OnePress] Change Mobile Menu BreakpointYes, the site is https://thehabitinstitute.com
You can see when resizing the browser window that with the custom CSS you provided, the menu bumps to the left under the logo, rather than turning into the hamburger menu. Thanks!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OnePress] Change Mobile Menu BreakpointHm, unfortunately with that code added, the hamburger/mobile menu doesn’t even appear, and what happens is that the navigation items just bump down below the logo on the left when the screen is resized smaller.
Hello,
I figured out the issue, there was a conflict with the security plugin WP Security, when I turned on cookie based login page. When I disabled that, the items were able to be added to the cart.

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Download Not WorkingHi Barry,
I just fixed it! I saw in another posting the suggestion to reset the permalinks and low and behold that worked.
Thank you for getting back to me.
