@kalstrom In 2.0.4.1 apostrophes (single-quotes) are escaped properly, double-quotes improperly (you see an html entity in the field)

Sorry to push you, but what’s the problem in pushing out the fixed version? You can fix it in a minute. (We indeed did lost some data before realizing the bug in the plugin.)

Must confirm the issue, WP 3.0, loads images anyway, then replaces them with grey placeholder. Which means it’s not working.

Probably you have form-field with name=”name”. Try to rename the name ;).
