Hi mdshak,

No error messages while inserting image. i just get no action. Nothing happens after selecting the image and clicking on button to “Insert into post”

No browser errors when using f12
no plugins are installed
no theme, using default theme

However, I did discover something new. I have access to the server and when I use the browser at the server and edit page, I’m able to add image to the post or page.

It appears my issue happens when I use WP admin page from anywhere els.

I’m having the same issue here. PDF file get replaced with no issued. however, my links only one link gets updated. Rest of the links to that PDF file still has the old file name.

I tried to WP_Debug to true and no error message for me. When i run elements on chrome the F12 inspector tool I can see that I get html error 500

I’m having the same issue. Have opened up a support threads but can’t get any assistance. I did follow instructions from support, didn’t work. I did delete and download a new copy and still no help. I was able to see it before. This is a recent issue for me.

any updates here? Can’t access my log tab. When I click it is a blank and i’m getting 500 error code.

Hi, Same here. permanently blacklist not working. Same IP still hitting my server.

Update to my previous post: it appears i’m getting 500 error code when I try to access the log tab. Every other page within the security plugin works just fine.

Experiencing same issue here. Log file is blank. When I click on the log tab to see all the reported logs, the page comes up blank, just white blank page. Every other page within the plugin works just fine.

Just a note that I was able to see the logs before this is a recent issue. Most likely after the last update because no changes to the plugin settings have been done.

Similar error here after upgrading to the latest version. My entire site is kaput after 2.1 upgrade. I have also installed it on a clean WP site and it also crashes.

Oh and also found out that this other plug is using very similar DB so if you use that to enter the locations then deactivate and activate SLP4, will see the DB and will display the locations.

Thanks for the explanation. I will try to re register the plugin with the MySQL and see that will work like you suggested. while I was waiting for a solution I fond another similar plugin that is working. So most likely will switch.

I’m not getting any errors, simply entering the data and clicking add, screen refreshes without the new data and no error messages.

Originally I was using custom theme then for testing I installed fresh out of the box WP with default template without any other plugin and still not working.
