When we move from local to live, we just requires following changes:
- Update URLs from local to live
- Restore the database and update wp-config.php to connect with live database.
- Upload all contents

- Files / Folder permissions issue
- ModSecurity rules
- Any other installed security tool on the server.

In reply to: BackupIf you have deleted it without backup, nobody can help you. You can ask your hosting provider if they can restore your website and database from the offsite server backup.
Usually most of the hosting providers offer daily backup with the hosting plan.
Did you recently upgrade any plugin, theme or WordPress core?

It seems that your theme is not compatible with the PHP version which is set for your website. You should check with Theme developer or you can try downgrading PHP version for your website (but recommended to use latest supported PHP).
This is an issue while using cURL version 7.67.0. If you are receiving this error, you can downgrade to previous version and it should resolve your issue. You can refer the following URL to downgrade version if you have CentOS / RHEL:

Make sure that you restart web server after downgrading version.

You should plan to upgrade your old services to use latest PHP version. It is possible that you may get an email from your provider on one day stating that they will discontinue.
