When we move from local to live, we just requires following changes:

• Update URLs from local to live
• Restore the database and update wp-config.php to connect with live database.
• Upload all contents

This should be related to hosting environment. You should content your hosting provider to review the server log or error for this cause. Usually following things can cause this problem on the hosting server:

• Files / Folder permissions issue
• ModSecurity rules
• Any other installed security tool on the server.

It has nothing to do with WordPress. Rather it is related SEO. Mostly your both websites should have different rank in Google. But this is off topic for this forum.

Permalink is just a URL structure. As you mentioned when you move from localhost to live, you are not able to login. Are you updating blog and site URLs when you move from localhost to live server?

If you have deleted it without backup, nobody can help you. You can ask your hosting provider if they can restore your website and database from the offsite server backup.

Usually most of the hosting providers offer daily backup with the hosting plan.

Did you recently upgrade any plugin, theme or WordPress core?

This is not an error rather they are warning and deprecate messages from PHP. It seems that your theme is not compatible with the PHP version which is set for your website. You should check with Theme developer or you can try downgrading PHP version for your website (but recommended to use latest supported PHP).

Make sure that you restart web server after downgrading version.

WordPress should work on any server having PHP 5.2+. For better security and performance, you should consider using latest PHP version. You should plan to upgrade your old services to use latest PHP version. It is possible that you may get an email from your provider on one day stating that they will discontinue.

If you are doing fresh installation, there should not be any data in the table. You can try to create a new database and try again to install it.

If you are 100% sure that all details are correct in your wp-config.php file, something should be wrong with MySQL server or it is possible that one of your database table is corrupted. You should contact your host to check this further.

Did you purchase SSL certificate for your website and is it installed properly? From the error, it seems that you have not purchase SSL certificate for your website or it is not installed properly. You will have to involve your hosting provider.

It seems that the issue is related to your host. Without checking server logs, it is not possible to tell actual root cause. If you are using shared hosting, you should report this to your host.

WordPress is not a registrar. You can use it for your website (self hosted or at wordpress.com). From WHOIS, your domain does not seem to register yet. You find a new hosting provider to register your domain name and always use hosting provider which provides better support.
