Please, let me explain about this.
As you mentioned, you are using “3.3.8 version”, which is a Pro version of Youzify. This version is only available on Envato Market and is not the same as our 100% free version, which can be downloaded from www.ads-software.com. The free version is currently at version 1.3.1 and does offer a more limited set of features.
To clarify, the Pro version 3.3.8 was officially released last year and was compatible with older versions of WordPress and BuddyPress at that time. Since then, we’ve made significant updates and improvements to the Pro version, fixing many bugs and enhancing compatibility with the latest WordPress and BuddyPress versions. The current Pro version is 3.5.4 and is fully compatible with the latest releases.
If you are experiencing issues, an alternative solution would be to replace your current version with the free version available here on www.ads-software.com. However, please keep in mind that the features in the free version are limited compared to the Pro version.
Should you decide to buy the Pro version and upgrade to version 3.5.4 that will provide a more robust experience, better performance, and access to all the latest features. Also buying a Pro version means, you will have access to our premium support forum where our support team will help you until all problem fixed.

Yes, changing the icon is possible but will require some custom codes. If you consider purchasing the Pro version, even though this is not available by default, but you can request it on our premium support forum. Our support team will be happy to create custom codes for free.

You can add new and unlimited Social Networks on the Youzify Panel >> Profile Settings >> Social Networks Settings. This feature is available in the Free version too.

If you want to update it to Pro version 3.5.4, you need to buy it on our official page on Envato.

In the previous reply, you said that you are using 3.3.8 version. That’s a Pro version that only sold on Envato. So I assumed that you have purchased it officially on Envato. If you have purchased it, so you can download the newest version (3.5.4) at no cost.
The last update of the Free version is 1.3.1 which you can download for free in this WordPress directory.

The Pro version can only be purchased on Envato and is a lifetime update. If you have ever purchased it, you should be able to find the updated file. Kindly check this article.

Please update your Youzify to the 3.5.4 version. Since 3.3.8 we fixed many bugs. You can download the newest version on your Envato user dashboard.

Please follow the next to identify the issue:
- Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
- Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
- If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
- Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
- On your WordPress root folder, edit the wp-config.php and set the value of WP-DEBUG to true.
If you have followed all these steps and identify the issue, please let me know.
