In reply to: [WooCommerce] Selling a single or a pair – discount?Another update: so I think(?) the answer lies somewhere in setting it up as a variable product (Attribute being ‘Quantity’, and the variations being ‘Single’ and ‘Pair’, each having the price of £10 and £16 respectively).
However, one query – how can I link the stock levels of both variations?
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Selling a single or a pair – discount? And just to add to this – rather than having the choice to select the quantity using the drop-down arrows, it would be great if the drop-down selection was ‘Single’ or ‘Pair’.
Thank you

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Critical error?Hi Amanda,
Good news.
I upgraded my site to 1gb ram, and it now no longer gets the error 500 message.
So it was a matter of having not enough memory.
Thanks for your help

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Critical error?Hi Amanda,
But when I deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway, and then activated the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin and went to edit a product, I got the same HTTP Error 500 message.
To have 512mb memory allocated, and then to still get a critical error, seems to tell me that there is an issue with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin?
I’ve talked to my host and to increase my package would be about £200, so I’m a bit reluctant to do that, if it’s looking like the plugin is the issue here?
Thank you for your assistance so far,
Best

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Critical error?Hi Amanda,
Many thanks for your message.
Hmm, my memory is indeed 512mb, so I don’t think it’s that?
It’s only when I activate the plugin and then go to edit a product when I get the error message.
Many thanks again for your help,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Critical error?Hi there,
Many thanks for your help. Sadly, I don’t think that this has solved the issue.
I unactivated all of my plugins except Woocommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway.
I then activated the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin and when I went to edit a product, I got the same HTTP Error 500 message.
I also tried updating my Twenty Twelve Version 2.9 theme to the latest version 3.3, to see if that was causing the issue, but still had no joy.
Therefore, I think it must be an issue with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin itself?
Many thanks to all the help so far guys.
Please let me know what the next step would be,
Thanks again,

Thanks again for your help,

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Critical error?Hi Stuart,
As soon as I activate it, and then go to my products and ‘edit’ a product, it takes me to a HTTP Error 500 page.
In the past when I have activated and clicked ‘edit’, I have also received an automated email from Woocommerce saying ‘In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Facebook for WooCommerce.’
Some details:
– WordPress Verison: 5.6
– Woocommerce Plugin Version: 4.9.2
– Facebook Plugin Version: 2.2.0
– Theme: Twenty Twelve Version 2.9If I can provide any more info, please let me know.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp Top Bar] Top bar not showing?Have just seen this on the plugin’s page: “If a plugin or a theme is not properly enqueuing scripts, your site may not work. Check this page: Function Reference/wp_enqueue_script on WordPress Codex.”

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp Top Bar] Top bar not showing?Hi guys,
I’ve found the conflicting plugin – WP deferred javaScript
I installed the plugin to improve loading time.
Is there anything you would recommend? I guess un-install WP deferred javaScript? Anything you would suggest to use in replacement?
Many thanks for your help,
Chris

Interesting to see that screenshot. I can’t see it when I go on the site (on Chrome by the way).
