I have exactly the same problems. I have bought the extension bundle but I get always a message like:
Beim Aktualisieren von Ultimate Member – Followers ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Download fehlgeschlagen. Unauthorized ??

I have set all the licenses to the correct values.

…don`t understand that, because other plugins work well. I actually gave the plugin-directories 777-rights…no success ??

I found the solution now: I had activated the standard wordpress-registration and not the Ultimate Member registration form. With that it works now ??

I tested to deactivate so many plugins on my different sites, but the problem still exists. It is horrible :-/

It does not work for me as well ??

Unfortunately it doesn`t work. I have created a completely new user and logged in first time with that. No album is created :-(. Does that user need special permissions?

I found a solution for 2).
the ticks in Table VII, A are responsible for that admin-bar.

Any hints for the problem described in 1) are more than welcome ??
