I have found the culprit.

Unfortunately after the latest upgrade to v4.0.0 I’m still seeing all of them and filtering doesn’t work at all.
Active status is selected by default but it has no effect now.

WP v4.2.4 on Windows localhost, PHP v5.4.31

I went with jetpack’s top posts & pages widget, hacked to exclude pages (still no native option!)

Happened to me as well, did you ever find a solution?

Try with other themes like the default ones that come with wp and see if it works.

It’s there on all default themes.
Testing on a local installation of WP 4.1 under WampServer, Win 8.1.

Thanks for the quick response, the filter is great but as for the paid invoices they still don’t go through.

On another note you may want to clear the added html on the imported items (unless you intend to support html in line_items description in the future – personally I’d love that).

When imported, the previously wp-invoice title is surrounded by <strong> tag followed by <br/> followed by the wp-invoice description in plain text.

Was about to post the same problem, glad there’s at least on more person reporting this.
I’m getting a similar report from a client when using the ios wp app.
She keeps getting locked out while using the correct credentials.

In addition to that, she gets disconnected from the regular admin interface when she’s inserting images, either prexisting ones or new uploads.

I’ve disabled the plugin and everything works smoothly.

Update: Apparently it happens only when I’m logged in!

by the way I could not find a logout button / I used incognito mode to test and then deleted my piklist.com cookies to fix it on my regular browser mode)

Valid points, caching plugins mostly follow this strategy as well by default i.e. do not serve cached content to logged-in users.
I can see this as an option in the plugin prefs.

How about stopping the pre-rendering on links that contain the wp-admin string?
