WFT? I have read reviews of many TOC plugins and this was the only one with full integration to Gutenberg. And I like it. What is a problem?

There is a pattern:
Closing by tapping outside works ONLY IF ‘x’ icon does not work.
and also
‘x’ works ONLY IF closing by tapping outside does not work.

I cleared cash in Chrome and it started to work somehow. But when I tap on several “links” some work and some not and later they do. I do not understand the pattern. Sometimes I can close it by tapping on ‘x’ and sometimes it does not work but I can close it by tapping elswhere.
I use the latest Chrome on Android.

I have the latest version 3.9.16 and I am using non-minified version BUT it still does not work.

The “×” close button appeared in the right corner but it still does not work. The problem persists.

It is not a matter of the theme – set it up in WordPress: Settings > Reading.
