In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] ReCaptcha errorWe are on the most recent version (3.3.5) and have an error related to ReCaptcha. Though filled out correctly, this order will not continue.
https://sharing.stovepipeco.com/screenshots/kamen/CardPointeError.pdfIn the backend, the settings page has the ReCaptcha enabled and the fields filled out correctly, but is marked red.
https://sharing.stovepipeco.com/screenshots/kamen/Screen%20Shot%202021-11-19%20at%204.40.18%20PM.pngAs of right now we cant take payments on this site and the client JUST launched and is getting a lot of traffic, but no orders because of this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variation SKU must be unique ErrorIf you have anything in the trash that also has that sku, you have to delete it permanently before you can use the sku again. Any chance that’s the issue you were having?

In reply to: [Responsive Google Maps by IMBAA] I updated and map was goneTo confirm this update doesn’t fix the problem. I have multiple installs of the other plugin and this still presents itself as an update. I don’t really blame you for not knowing, but wish there was some info on how to correct this since the other plugin had a lot of installs and anyone updating is getting it destroyed.

In reply to: [Superfish Menus] 1.1.1 breaks dropdownI found the conflict in mine. This site uses Genesis, which loads Superfish and the previous developer added this plugin to fix a broken menu previously. So I followed these instructions to remove superfish from the core framework. Drop downs are back, not fancy anymore, but it’s not a huge deal.

In reply to: [Superfish Menus] 1.1.1 breaks dropdownIs the previous version available? I’d like to try it. I pulled a copy of superfish 1.7.2, but that hasn’t helped.

In reply to: [Superfish Menus] 1.1.1 breaks dropdownI’d like to bump this. I have a client that updated her site and it killed her dropdowns also. I tried reverting back to the older version of SuperFish, but it didn’t work.
To my knowledge this issue remains. The core hack is what fixed it for me. The functions hack is something I need to implement instead.
I just tested on a virtual machine with IE9 and I can confirm this problem.
Oh boy. I have been banging my head over this issue for two days. alimotorolla is spot on. Changing the core file does in fact fix this issue. Sucks because not editing core files is rule 1-5 of WordPress, but until the category box is fixed and not completely useless for large category setups, this does the trick.
Maybe it’s time to figure out how to put together a plugin to override this.

In reply to: [FireStorm Professional Real Estate Plugin] Yoast WordPress SEO ConflictUPDATE: I disabled the Facebook Open Graph meta data in the Yoast plugin and the issue went away. So there’s the issue and how to get rid of it.
Any insight on a long term repair for this?
I have been having the same issue. Have a perfect site to use the Pro features ( I plan to buy ) but can’t for the life of me get the plugin to activate. I am seeing the exact same issue as described above. Says it can’t create the folder, try to create it manually. Manually create folder, same error results.
Have tried to install from WP.org and from their site downloads.
Any help? I actually want to pay these folks money for the Pro features.

In reply to: [Wordpress Simple Survey] Problem after installing WordPress Simple SurveyI never found a way to fix it on IIS. The client refused to consider moving hosting for that particular site since they were a Windows house, but with WordPress, I always suggest LAMP. Always. Depending on your situation, it might be worth it.

In reply to: [Wordpress Simple Survey] Problem after installing WordPress Simple SurveyDJCopa,
I have used it successfully on normal LAMP environments (Linux) since this post. Are you using Windows IIS to host?
Hey franchesco, THANKS! Worked like a champ.
This should be, at least, an option in the paid version. First time I’ve used it and immediately was asked to change the behavior.
