Try to change the last two lines in the plugin file xmas-decoration.php:
add_action('wp_footer','xmas_decoration'); add_action('wp_footer','xmas_decoration_load_script_style');to:
if ( !is_admin() ) { add_action('wp_footer','xmas_decoration'); add_action('wp_footer','xmas_decoration_load_script_style'); }This will disable the plugin in admin dashboard.

В качестве временного решения написал в файл admin.css используемой темы WordPress
/* shortcodes-ultimate settings page hack */
.js .sunrise-pane {
display:block;
}
после этого на странице настроек плагина можно увидеть содержание всех трех вкладок одновременно: “о плагине, настройки” и “произвольный css” и можно пользоваться настройками – они работаюттак что, судя по всему что-то не так с Sunrise
пробовал отключать все плагины – это не помогает, на другом сайте (вариант того же сайта, с той же темой, но на английском языке и тоже с WP4.1, но без перевода на русский) – всё нормально работает…что ещё можно попробовать?
