Hello,
I just tried this manipulation, it does not work for me.
After excluding categories and refreshing the feed, when i open my feed, i can see that the excluded categories are sync into product_type tag.
I don’t really understand how the categories exclusion is working.

Ak ok thank you for your response, I understood that if i change status order from “completed” to “in progress” and to “completed” again, email is sent but it’s not automatic.

En effet il semblerait qu’il y ait une incompatibilité entre ces deux plugins.
En désactivant le plugin Boxtal, le plugin colissimo fonctionne correctement.Dans l’état je suis obligé de supprimer le plugin Colissimo puisque je n’ai pas trouvé de solution.
Je n’ai pas eu de réponse du coté du support de Boxtal.Cordialement,
