I have a similar issue regarding the plugin. Sometimes I don’t receive (as admin) the approval email (so i don’t know there is an order waiting).
If i go to my woocommerce I see the waiting order.
I tried to install the plugin you said and the missing email is not logged… all others are there and works but sometimes (2 times for now in 1 month) i have nothing.
Any ideas ?

Indeed you’re right. The email on customer side was in the spambox because it is sent using the “admin wordpress email” and not “the woocommerce email”.
Anyway i mark it as resolved

In fact I am selling outdoor activites, and despite the planning I manage on the backend I cannot let people be sure that the booking is effective. I need to approve each booking and send confirmation or reject.
In the other way I tried the “book and pay later” but in my opinion it’s a very bad workflow to ask a customer “Ok now i have accepted the order can you pay ?” , moreover if he’s not very reactive by email…Anyway I found something strange with the admin planning. If i want to change a date of a booking on admin side (i am talking about that page : /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookacti_bookings&status%5B0%5D=all&keep_default_status=1&booking_id=64) , then the booking is changed and the admin receive an email, but the customer doesn’t receive anything… so there is no way to tell him I changed the date ?

Thank you very much for your support. After many tries, and with your tips, I finally solved the issue. It was not about booking-activites plugin but because of my theme that define “table” as Block in a css media query < 640px …
And that property was overriding the plugin css for table.That’s fixed now, thanks for your time, sorry for inconvenience as it was not your fault.
