It turns out that registration works for WP network so if 1 site then for 1 if 10 sites then for all 10.
BUT theres option to manage something in there with https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/multisite-user-management/

So u cant use it without programming knowledge to change it to make it like u want to be hungarian different language.
This plugin makes translated topics as new page so comments are seperated.

I would recommend u to do multisite installation and then u dont need language plugin but all installed plugins and themes u can share across domains.
Well but then about bbpress.. I think maybe thouse who use one lang will not go to other or ull need some multi bbpress modification so it works across all multisites with one login. Or some user data sharing across them.

I tried https://p2reloaded.com/ and that works a bit with polylang. It posts to default lang so if i change it post goes to that lang. So how to make it work allways can maybe found in that code? Heres my example page with that plugin working. https://talantufabrika.lv/
If im in different lang then default i post and it pops up in place i am but on reloud its not there anymore but in default lang i can see it.

2. Didnt changed Default home page- showing posts on each language
3. 3 languages, Menus without lang, Dont check user browser lang, Default lang set, The lang is set from content, dont show /language/ in PP, Allow to sync cats tags.

In Language settings for qtranslate theres checkmark for Hide Untranslated Content and it doesnt doesnt work.
I made In 1Lang Title and left others empty but still pages and posts show up in other languages.
