are you sure it does not track the website URL or the user’s IP address, because as i mentioned in my other ticket related to hostgator known issue, even the hostgator rep could see this error message.

anyways, even i am not sure if you can do something about it.

This is the reply i got from their rep:

“After looking into you request, I was able to whitelist a security rule that the plugin on your site was hitting on our server. Now your plugin is no longer displaying 403 errors and it is loading through the browser. However, I was able to notice a bandwidth error message which appears to be directly related with Google Docs.”

He could also see the google docs error message on his system. ??

you were right. enabled the php extension php_curl and it allows me to log in etc.

just that the permalinks have stopped working. I am assuming that isnt an issue with your plugin though.

i am able to login to dashboard if i remove the plugin folder manually.

guess my browser was caching the page. deleted the plugin. tested in another browser. works fine.

reported to the developer with a link to this discussion.
