One more thing I can add… I just updated to the new wp version this weekend. Last time I had a huge onslaught of old emails show up was also the day or two after a wp update. Could that have anything to with it?

Thanks for you post. I called them and it does seem that the issue had something to do with them and not WP. But maybe the combo of the recent 3.1 upgrade got things moving, so to speak.

My blog is also very slow now, intermittently. The worst is anything on the admin side – like bringing up drafts of posts or saving a draft. Suggestions?

I have the same problem. And it has only recently started. I no longer get email notification for all comments left on my posts. My settings are fine, so I have no idea what is going on.

dgwyer – They don’t always come up when visiting the home page. The do not on my computer or my husbands; the do on our laptop and my friend’s computer. BUT, every admin page is messed up.

chinmoy – I have no idea how to do any of that! Is there someplace where I can find step-by-step instructions?

I don’t have an answer but would love to know what you find out. Google is directing my domain name to an old wp.mu site! Frustrating.
