Hi again, just wondering if was uncovered in the diagnostic report emailed a week ago. I’m waiting to follow up with hosting provider if it appears that they have deactivated the plugin. Thanks.

Just so it is clear, we have 2 copies of the site now – one dev and one live. We started in the dev and then cloned to live.

I think I did when the site was in development but when I cloned it to go live, I didn’t. ?How should I go about it now? ?Should I go to Wordfence Central and start from there? ?Do I need to remove Wordfence plugin first? If I do have to remove plugin and reinstall, does it mean that all the admin users will have to setup their 2FA again? ?Thanks for your advice.

KarenThanks Scott. I have disabled the password protection plugin to do the test. I have also updated the theme since there was a new update since we started this thread.
After turning on the debug, I have reproduced the error a few times and sent the diagnostics email and also the log file.

I have sent the report by email, from the diagnostics. However, there is no log file to download. If I need to do anything on the host side to get this log file, please let me know. Thanks.

It isn’t a plugin, it is a script in the head section to stop video looping but it looks like I will have to find another solution for that. Thanks again for getting back to me so quickly.
I can understand that for the frontend (public facing) but when logged in as admin at the backend, that shouldn’t be a concern.
Hi, I’m also experiencing the search function not working. It doesn’t do anything.
And adding new subscribers in, it used to warn if there is a duplicate. But now, it just says added successfully but if there is a duplicate, it isn’t added.
