Thanks, Apprique. You’re spot on! I should have realised that. You have been a great help! Thanks again!

Thanks for your response, Apprique. Here’s an example of a page where the description is not wrapping.

I appreciate your advice. Thanks again.

Thanks for your quick response. I thought so too but since they asked for me to submit here, it was at least good to check too.

Yes, it is a paid theme. And I will follow up with them. Thanks again.

Thanks for your ideas, kmessinger. Unfortunately, we’ve tried all that with an existing machine as well as a machine that has IE newly installed and just the Google toolbar added on (latest), i.e., no other addons.

We have spent weeks troubleshooting and have only just narrowed down to the Google toolbar recently. That’s why I’m looking for a way for the site to ‘opt-out’ of the auto features. It seems it’s the autolink that’s causing trouble on only selected pages.

I’m checking with the theme developer too to see if they have any ideas but I’m surprised no one else is experiencing this. The site is compubits.net.au/shop/ and if you choose a product category with multiple pages, and click to the last page, the page does not display properly and there will be some html showing and the rest of the footer. This will only happen on IE9 with Google toolbar enabled, no other browser.

    Thanks again.

No, Google toolbar is an addon/extension (toolbar) on the browser. So if users with that on their browser will experience issues browsing certain pages on site.
