The last two functions are needed for us to have the dropdown in the first place. If I disable those, the dropdown doesn’t appear at all on the frontend.

I just updated to the latest version of UM, updated the database, and cleared the cache as well.

I know that the site is also selling to Canada and accepts Canadian Dollars but the purchase I was trying to create a shipping label for was purchased in the U.S. using U.S. dollars, so I am not sure how that would be conflicting with it.

Yes thank you I was able to figure out the issue with the assistance of one of the support staff. The issue was GoDaddy blocking the request in case anyone else viewing this thread has the same issue.
