1) Unfortunately it’s not possible to have an embedded Facebook chat launched through Chaty due to Facebook official rules. At the moment we only support an embedded WhatsApp popup window – you can check how it works here: https://premio.io/help/chaty/how-to-add-an-embedded-whatsapp-chat-to-your-website/

2) Can you please send me a link to your website so we can check and ideally, email me at [email protected] so we can continue the communication there?

3) and 4) I’d suggest that you launch Tawk.to through Chaty instead. Would this solution work for you? You can check how it works here: https://premio.io/help/chaty/how-do-i-launch-tawk-to-chat-using-chaty/ as an alternative I suggest placing the Tawk.to widget to the other side of your website.

Thank you for your comment! In fact you can totally set up a sticky header that will work for both desktop and mobile in the free plan. Unfortunately even in the Pro plan it’s not possible to set up different classes/ IDs for the menu (it has to be the same menu).

I can assure you the free version is absolutely usable and I am positive getting the plug-in to work is a matter of settings.

By default only users with admin access can view the plug-ins page, so I’m assuming if a workaround with a plug-in that edits roles works with other plug-ins, it should help with My Sticky Menu as well, can you please give it a try?
