DISREGARD. It is the My Content Dash plugin interfering. I just figured it out.

We are still seeing clients reporting this same issue. We have seen the issue on WordPress 6.0.3, 6.1.1, & 6.2, with Yoast 20.3 & 20.4. Rolling back to 20.2.1 always fixes the problem. Not being able to add links to posts seems like it is more than a minor issue and should be addressed, should it not?

Thank you! Deactivating and updating didn’t work but deleting and re-installing worked. I was afraid to wipe out any settings but it is so simple that it wasn’t an issue. Thanks!

Hey @benbodhi – I am actually @benmyhre’s coworker and came across this issue on another site. I updated to 2.4 and the only change was the addition of a link to render the SVG inline… Here’s the before and after updating: https://imgur.com/a/fFRaTU8

The white space is still there. If I inspect the image, it looks like it is still showing “position:relative;” but changing it too “position:absolute;” fixes it.

That person did not give you very helpful information, but I just updated the plugin on several sites and the title disappears. See the footer and the sidebar:

Did you let it run for a while? We had this problem also and it turns out it just needed 24 – 36 hours to get through every link on the site!

I got the exact same error on a client’s site about 15 minutes ago.
