I ran into this issue tonight also. I found that it didn’t make a difference if the Caldera form (I just have one) had a reCAPTCHA field on it or not, as long as the Caldera Forms Anti Spam plug in is enabled, the form will not submit. In other words, I removed the reCAPTCHA field completely from the form, and it wouldn’t submit. As soon as I disabled the plugin, the form submitted fine.
When I still had the field on the form, I tried to get the legacy “visible” captcha by not selecting v3 and not selecting invisible, but the v2 was not visible. I enabled v3, and v3 didn’t show the Google symbol as it’s supposed to. In no combination of these was I able to get the form to submit — only through disabling the plug in.
I used the same key and secret key that are in place and working with 2 other form tools on our site, so that’s not the issue.
I hope you can get this solved soon. I was planning on using Caldera lots and this is a deal-breaker.
My WordPress version is 5.6.2 (most recent), Caldera forms version 1.9.4, and Caldera Forms Anti Spam version 0.4.
