I think this problem can affect search engines, not Google.
Bing and Naver’s webmaster tools warned me that Multiple H1 problems could affect the search. This could be a problem for Koreans because Naver is the dominant search engine in the Korean market.
Could you consider revising the problem considering the search engine except Google?
