In reply to: [Virtue] Virtue theme / Elementor – Slug issue (old homepage?)Hello @kaysterk,
Please could you specify which plugin you’re using to set up the multilingual website? Upon checking, it seems like you have multiple installations of WordPress and set up sub-folders for the URLs.
If this is the case, kindly check each WordPress website you have and see if you have selected Your latest posts in Settings > Reading >
Your homepage displays option. If this is indeed the case, select a static page instead of the latest posts so that the posts list will not show on your homepages.Kind Regards,
KarlaHello @ocsaroy,
The other background image layout will be inherited from the Page Title Background option. Here’s a screen recording to demonstrate – https://share.getcloudapp.com/mXurORDe.
Hope this helps further.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Can’t change prebuilt templatesHello,
Please could you check your browser console log after loading the template to see if there are errors? If you see any, kindly send us the screenshot.
Additionally, kindly try deactivating other plugins one by one and test loading the template again after each deactivation. This will pinpoint which plugin has conflicts and causing the issue.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.
Kind Regards,
KarlaHello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The plugin has its own function to apply and override the email templates of the WooCommerce plugin. Additionally, there are a lot of options that are dynamically set so just copying the plugin’s template file within your theme may not work.
What you want may not be possible but for now, I’ll pass this on to the developer to see if there is a way to do that.
Kind Regards,
KarlaHello @m22878,
1. Go to Email Customizer > Content > Content Headings Style and adjust the options for H2. This will affect the address titles.
2 & 3. We’ll need to know more information to help us replicate your issue from our end. First, which prebuilt template are you using?
Please note that different email clients will render emails differently. Kindly send more screenshots of the differences so we’ll have more idea of what may be the issue.
Kind Regards,
KarlaHello,
Kindly go to Customizer > Page Layout > Design settings and enable the Use Featured Image for Background? option – https://share.getcloudapp.com/6qurnvRE. This option will then show the featured image as the background once a page has it set on the backend.
Hope this helps.

KarlaHello @backinblack,
Just to confirm, are you using the Post Grid/Carousel block? It is possible that you’re using the Posts block instead which is why you’re not seeing the Footer Meta in the block settings.
I also just want to point out that it is not advisable to edit any plugin’s PHP file directly as your changes will be overwritten eventually once you update the plugin.
If you need further help with the customization, you may contact us through the premium support and if needed, we can pass it on to the development team to see if there are any code workaround available.

In reply to: [Virtue] How to customize the Edit Category pageHello @tflbearing,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
The post category archive pages will use the theme layout, the same as the blog archive page.
You’ve said, “Maybe I didn’t express it clearly, what I mean is how can I use the page builder to edit the page. Is to use Kadence Blocks for custom editing.”
If you do have a page builder plugin like Elementor, you can create your own category template. However, you cannot use Kadence Blocks in Elementor. If you do not use a page builder plugin, the default WordPress options for post categories are only for title and description.
Hope this helps further.

Thank you for sending your website link.
Kindly add this custom CSS code in Theme Options > Advanced Settings > Custom CSS and let us know if it works like how you intend it to:

In reply to: [Virtue] Post Grid/Carousel blockHello @tflbearing,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The Post Grid/Carousel block of the Kadence Blocks plugins does have the pagination option and if you click on the page numbers, the page will reload and the page number query will be added to the URL. Unfortunately with the setup you have, this will also affect the page number for the other post grid blocks in the other tabs. Additionally, the currently active tab will be reset.
I would recommend disabling the pagination for the blocks and just adjust their Number of items option values.
Hope this helps and should you require further assistance regarding the Pro blocks of the Kadence Blocks plugin, kindly submit a support ticket on this page.

In reply to: [Kadence] Posts template and Custom fieldsHello @wprat,
Just to confirm, do you want to show the value of the ACF fields on a certain part of the post layout? If so, you can do that by using the Pro feature Element Hooks and showing the values of the ACF fields using their shortcodes.
This way, you’ll just have to create a single element, set the placement, and display settings to show it on all single posts at a specific place within the current layout.
Hope this gave you further insights on how to achieve your requirement.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] placeholderHello,
Thank you for reaching out.
These are the only available placeholders and you may need to add a custom placeholder.
This topic may be related to this one. Kindly check and maybe comment on additional inquiries there so the developer can further assist you.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Add button to emailHello Matt,
Thank you for reaching out.
For us to better assist you, could you specify which WooCommerce email template would you want to add a button to?
If you’re referring to Customer New Account and Customer Reset Password email templates, there should be a built-in option to make the account links into a button – https://share.getcloudapp.com/12u4dlQ4.
For other email templates, you would either need a custom code snippet or third-party plugin to add that as WooCommerce itself does not have the option to do that.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

KarlaHello,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Just to confirm, if you preview the email template in WooCommerce > Email Customizer, does the correct invoice text show?
If it also does not preview the custom text you add, please check if you have any email template overrides within your theme. To do that, go to WooCommerce > Status and scroll down until you see the Templates section.
Kindly rename or delete the files if you see overrides so that the customized email templates from our plugin will work properly.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.
Regards,
Karla
