Hi @danielsps
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Yes, with Advanced Coupons (Premium version), you can create a percentage-based coupon that applies only to specific products. You will still need to use the default WooCommerce product filter in the Usage Restriction section to specify which products the coupon should apply to.
Here’s a sample screenshot where I have created a 50% off coupon and added specific products for this coupon.

I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Advanced Coupons – WooCommerce Coupons & Store Credit] Plugin featureHi @menrhods ,
Thank you for reaching out! ??
Unfortunately, this setup cannot be achieved using Advanced Coupons alone. Since this involves sending a time-sensitive coupon via email after a purchase, you’ll need to use additional marketing plugins like Mailchimp or other email automation tools. This is more of a marketing strategy that combines coupon creation with post-purchase email automation.
I hope this helps.
By default, Advanced Coupon discounts that cheapest amount in the cart. There maybe a conflict with your theme or one of the plugins that is currently activated on your site.
I highly suggest that you conduct a basic troubleshooting. Here’s an article to help you do a basic troubleshooting:

Let us know how it goes.
Thank you and have a great day!
Hi @cdelin
Thank you for contacting us.
To answer your questions:
- Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature that offers different discounts using the same coupon. You will need to create a separate coupon for each restriction/condition.
- Yes, we have already integrated the Brand taxonomy.
Here are the sample screenshots:
Here’s a sample list of Brands
On the Coupon Editor page, I am creating a 20% off for products under Puma brand. Go the the Usage Restriction and scroll down to the Product Brands field. I have added Puma for this example.
And here’s what it looks like on the Cart page, where the product under Puma brand was given a discount.
I hope this helps.
Thank you and have a great day!
Hi @vladimirk87
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have an automated email that will send a notification to your customers had spent x amount in previous shopping.
This feature is most likely like a marketing email. You may want to check Uncanny Automator Pro, MailChimp or Klaviyo, just to name a few.
I hope this helps.
If there is anything else you need help with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you and have a great day!
We saw that you are a premium user and have already sent an email last Feb. 28. We are now checking your email.
Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
hi @twowheeler
Unfortunately, for the free version, you’d have to create the coupons manually. But for the premium version, I suggest using the Any Combination of Products on the Y part so you will not have to manually create the coupons.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
hi @danielsps
Yes, you may apply other coupons after other discounts by utilizing the Cart Condition: Coupons Applied In Cart.
I have attached a screenshot as an example.
I have created these cart conditions for the BOGO coupon. One is, that I have increased the subtotal to more than129 if the 30off coupon is applied. But if there is no 30off coupon applied, it will check if the subtotal is more than 99.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
hi @mcollinssc
Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature yet that can bulk edit or upload the store credits. We have already raised this feature to our developers, but we still cannot provide an ETA on when this feature will be released.
A suggestion is to give cashback using the Fixed Cashback Coupon. You may learn more about it here: https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-give-store-credit-cashback-with-a-coupon/
Since you are planning to send it via email, you may use Virtual Coupons and send the coupon code with your preferred email marketing platform. Here’s a quick tutorial of virtual coupons, https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-use-virtual-coupons/
hi @one3rdnerd
Yes, you would need to install both free and premium versions so you can enjoy the premium features. Please kindly check this video:?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYh317xN64I&t
Please let me know how it goes. Looking forward to your reply ??
hi @rudolfl
Could you send in the plugin links you are using for payment methods? So, we could replicate your setup and hopefully replicate the problem. And then, I will raise a ticket to our developers.
Thank you!
Hi @dmware
We do have a separate plugin that allows your users to buy a credit, and this is the Advanced Gift Card.
WooCommerce gift cards work just like a regular product where the customer purchases them, but with some minor differences. Upon purchasing a unique code is generated for the gift card and stored in the database. This unique gift card code is redeemable as store credit either during checkout or via the My Account page.
I hope this helps.
Hi @rudolfl
I am attaching screenshot of changelog for recent updates.

How about on your browser’s console? Perhaps there’s an error log that comes up to help us identitfy the problem.
Thank you!
Hi @rintesh
Do you have a plugin that you use to setup the 10% off? If yes, may I know what it is?
Also, I noticed that you are using the WooCommerce Cart Block, could you try reverting it the shortcode version? [woocommerce_cart]
Lastly, could you please do a basic debug? Perhaps there’s a conflict with your theme or one of the plugins that is currently installed on your site. Here’s a tutorial on how to do basic debugging:

Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
