Just seen this as had the same problem.

You have to style the image (for example I made the width 100px and then gave it a border-radius of 50% to make it rounded)
The css element is img.joan-image-thumbnail
then you can move it about a bit

I have fixed this by creating Portfolio Projects instead of Portfolio Items and then putting the gallery in the Projects.

Thank you for your quick reply. I went ahead and upgraded to Pro but now, when I select the option for “News Designs” there is an error message: “There was an error retrieving the data from the server. Please try again later.” I am not having any problems connecting to other sites.

Hello there, thanks for the quick reply. I have discovered a bit more. Originally I was putting in all the new names in the fields including a new name for the style file path and for the child style file path in the Rewrite/Themes settings and then, when the page layout was showing as broken, I was simply removing any of the style file settings, saving and there was still a problem. So what I have done now is to select “rest all settings” and then only enter the boxes that are not relevant to the style file. For some reason, this part does not work on some of my sites. Hope this makes sense! Would you prefer some screen prints?

Hi, thank you again but this plugin still presents the user with the wordpress profile screen after login – ie the user has to click on “view site” before going into the relevant area.

I just want to bypass that bit as it looks a bit ropey to a client.

Thank you so much for your quick reply but they don’t really quite do what I want to achieve – the user still ends up with the initial WordPress dashboard and “profile” stuff which is what I want to avoid.

Thank you Maeve, I have actual products (odd question!) and have saved the Permalinks but still have the same problem.

Your plugin does not work with WPMenuMaker which is what I am using for takeaway orders. As soon as I switch on that plugin the error occurs.

I have set you up with a login as the site is not sensitive. If you e-mail me directly I will give you the login details.

I need this up and running by the end of February as that is when his old site expires.
