Hi there — I actually purchased the premium version, but whenever I install and use it, I get a white screen where the map should be. For some reason, the free version works just fine and I haven’t needed any of the actual premium features until now.

What is critically different between the premium and free version that might be causing this error?

Sorry to post again so fast, but it’s almost like all of the points that were assigned to our articles disappeared with whatever fix you did. Nothing has a location assigned to it. Except for a few brand new ones that I’ve done.

Actually, no matter what I try the map will now only load three points. All other settings are adjusting fine, but the number of points.

Quick question: the plugin attempts to pull points for all posts and pages on the site even if I have a lower number in my settings for “Enter the number of posts to display on the map”?

For example, we have over 1,000 posts, but I only ever really want to show the most recent 35-40 on the map, so I’ve set that field to 40. The plugin still attempts to pull everything?

I just sent the support request with access details.

The page the map is used on is called “Where We Are”

Made this update and nothing has changed.

I didn’t know it was plugin related until I started troubleshooting (aka trying everything I could think of!)

It was SEO Facebook comments

The problem was with a comments-related plug-in. Once I deactivated it everything worked just fine.

Sorry for the confusion, it’s not the sidebar where I want to limit them…it’s in the top two featured/big posts. Where it lists the date of the post and then “in” <categories>. When they get bumped to the second line line it looks messy.
