Hmmm… These errors reveal that there might be something going on with the Request a Quote plugin by Addify. However, I see that they are only from May 16th.
When you replicate the issue, do you see the same error log being generated? Can you run a test and let us know?
If you do see the error being generated after you run a test, if you have a valid license for the plugin Addify plugin (paid unexpired subscription) then please open a ticket so that we can forward your case to the Addify developers: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
If no error logs get generated after you replicate the issue, can you please switch your active theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce, then try to replicate the issue anew (do not just check if the out of stock that has already occurred before you deactivated plugins and changed theme has been addressed).
Create a new product that has stock management enabled, check if the product shows as expected. If it show as expected then check what happens when you try to set it as featured.
Let us know your observations!
If the same exact issue is replicated even when you introduce a new product while on conflict test mode, then I suggest you speak with your host and ask them to share any suspicious logs on their end.Forum: Plugins

I had a look at your System Status Report to make sure there are no red flags. Nothing stands out currently.
Therefore, from the information we have so far, I suspect that customer A unfortunately missed their opportunity to purchase the product on time. Their session expired before they managed to complete the order.They were most likely still seeing the item in the cart because they had not refreshed the page or did not do any other actions (like continue shopping).
That being said, you can tweak how long the inventory shall be held for an unpaid order under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Hold Stock: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#products-inventory-options
However, we do not recommend to set it to a very high limit as that can hinder your sales — if a customer just keeps the products in their cart for too long without paying then that means that other potential buyers will see the product as out of stock (if there is only one piece left in your store and that piece is in someone’s cart).
If you do decide to increase that limit, some additional solutions you can consider implementing are:
– start accepting backorders. Backorder is one method to accept orders for items that are out of stock. You can do that under Products Data > (choose the product of your liking) > Product Data > Inventory > Allow Backorders > Allow (this setting will not let the customer know that their order is a backorder). The “Allow but notify customer” setting would let the customer know that their order is a backorder.
That way, customer A would have been able to retry and successfully order the item.– display a cart countdown/timer. While there are no official WooCommerce.com plugins for that, some third party plugins are out there (like: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/checkout-countdown-for-woocommerce/). Please note that the set up and issues with third party plugins are not supported by WooCommerce. You will have to reach out to the developing team behind the 3rd party plugin to get accurate guidance if you encounter any issues. Of course we always recommend to test any plugin in a staging site that mirrors your live site before launching it into your live site.

“Customer A put the product in their basket but their checkout was delayed because they had to do a security code.”
What is the security code you are referring to and in what way did it contribute to the delay?
Are you able to replicate the issue of the security code on your site? Have you tried?

I noticed that there are categories in my woocommerce store that have not been created. An example is; [ redundant link removed ]
Can you please clarify which category you mean here? Is it Bikini Dames that you have not created?
What do you see in Dashboard –> Products –> Categories VS the categories that appear? Can you give us a breakdown?
Some themes have the capability of adding a category. Is it perhaps through your theme that some categories were added? Can you temporarily switch to a WooCommerce compliant theme like Storefront and let us know if these categories stop displaying?
Can you please send us your System Status Report so that we have a better idea of your environment?
You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce > Status
section of your site. Once there, click on theGet system report
button and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for support
button. Then paste it in your reply.

Is it possible to update automatically the stock number of the products each day?
Hmmm… While it is possible to bulk update the stock quantities manually using CSV https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#section-5 , there is no automation like the one you have in mind out of the box (as you have already noticed!).
I looked for solutions with my team.
This plugin looks promising: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-schedule-stock-manager/ . However, we do not develop, manage or support that plugin. To get accurate guidance, please get in touch with the support team of that plugin to ask for their input.I also asked internally one of our partners to see if the plugin Product Stock Manager (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-stock-manager/) could tackle this use case. We will update this thread once we hear from them!
