I’ve been having some ongoing health issues so am really sorry for the delay in replying back. Once I feel a little more confident in my brain to focus on understanding all this I’m going to attempt what you’ve suggested. At the beginning of the year I made the move to shared hosting with a new host thinking things would be better and have had one problem after another since doing so. (Things I had never experienced before the move) Am not the smartest when it comes to these types of computer related issues and feeling more like a dummy as time goes on. I have this fear now if I make one false move all of my sites will just disappear on me with no way to fix the problem. lol ?? I really, really appreciate your taking the time to answer my question to help me and again apologize for the delay in telling you so. ??

@gappiah Thank you so, so much for your help, I really appreciate it. Thank you for the link to the everest support forum, too. I had followed the link on the Everest site, which led me here but couldn’t find their forum. (my first time visiting here so have some more learning to do here) Am going to deal with a new contact form a bit later, I think. Again, I really appreciate your help. Thank you
