I have tried two ways: having the email set as a field called Email and by having the email as the username. Either way, I get a blank email. No subject, no body.

Hi, I noticed there was a new update today so I updated my plug in. I now don’t get an email at all when I used the lost password form. When I send a test email it comes in completely blank. No subject and nothing in the email.

Yes, I am actually just using the default reset password email so it does have a subject.
I was able to get the emails to come through if I changed it so that the username is the email. Everything comes through fine but the subject is still missing.

It is working now! Not sure what I did differently, but thank you for your help!

I appreciate your help. I am using the exact code that you have provided. My user has the field HOA set to coursey1 and their user level is 2. However, it is still telling me that the content is restricted.
When I first made this, the field HOA was a short text field. Since your last response, I made it a radio button type to see if that helped solve the issue of it not working. It is still not functioning.

So there is no way to check that they have the HOA value of coursey1 and the user level or 1 or 2?
