Hi there I tried to login on the BD forum and it blocked me saying that it did not recognise my email address and now I cannot get in at all. Can you help please.

Thank you, the re-install worked fine and everything back to normal. Not sure what happened and a bit bizarre because it’s always been fine before.

Hi looks as if I have the same problem. Have just updated and could not get into my admin panel – no error message though just locked out. I have renamed the plugin and am now back in.

Thanks for all your help on this, not sure why it has always been ok before and not now but all fine on the website. Many thanks too for the very speedy support.

the iframe has worked but I only seem to have needed to do it on the pages with a slider.

The other pages seem ok with the wordpress shortcode.

Hi, not sure if I have missed something but my users are not seeing a link. Is there a setting to include the One Click.

I have this in my notifications message.

[post_title] has a new comment.

Thanks for the great support. Can I just check though how the one click unsubscribe works is that just for management or should I see a button somewhere. Not sure if I am missing something obvious.

Sorry forgot to say also showing on Double Check Message and Management Message on Notifications.

Have just upgraded to the latest release and the issue has gone away. Not sure why but very odd.
