Just to confirm that I did have an excerpt specified. I also deactivated the hupso share buttons to see if that resolved the issue and unfortunately it didn’t so looks as if it is something other than hupso.

Hi there,
I have just upgraded again and lost all the data. I checked Anders issue and have checked my database settings and they are all there and I already have ALTER rights so the issue is not just confined to the database settings.

I have recreated the form and hope you can sort this. As Anders stated the issue occurred from version 1.4.2. I can confirm that I upgraded prior to 1.4.2 without any issue.

Hi there,
following the previous issues where I had to revert back to version 2.0.15 I am happy to report that I have just upgraded to the current version and thankfully this time can see my polls and create new ones.

The Polls and Ratings are appearing under the Feedback Menu but there are separate items for the settings appearing under the Settings Menu and this would obviously be better if they were all grouped together in one place moving forward.

I love this plugin but sorry I do have an issue with the current version. Previously I was able to create a custom style as part of the free package however this now only seems to be available in the Pro Version!! Can I ask why this has been changed because at a price of $200 just for having the functionality to create custom styles when it was previously free seems really excessive.

I still appear to be able to use my previously created custom style but cannot edit it without going Pro. Does this mean I should revert back to 2.0.15 to reinstate this functionality for free if I need it?

have just upgraded to the new release but still having problems with the tooltip. If you check out the page below hovering over the words in the text in blue first of all shows the Word Glossary Term and some social media info. The p tag issue has gone but the tooltip is obviously not showing the correct information which should be an excerpt in a green background.

Hi have add the same problem too but it also seemed to cause a problem on the postmeta table which I had to repair.

I had three custom menus and although they had imported I needed to reallocate the correct menu and resave the widgets to get them to display as per jessedyck above.

So everything seemed great until I was doing some simple checks immediately after the widget transfer and all the nav menus just got screwed up completely and would not display correctly. I could not re-save the menu and ended up deleting the plugin and repairing the postmeta table to reinstate the menus.

I agree with jessedyck that this is a bug and could be a serious problem if it is corrupting database tables as well.It has got to be too much of a coincidence that the only time I have ever lost the nav menus was after using the importer.

I have already recreated the Contact form so you will probably not be able to identify the issue but I have noticed the following thread that may also be related from a previous upgrade.

As I said I have upgraded before without any issue and got no error messages when upgrading this time.

I am in the process of actually upgrading to the latest version of WordPress as I have had some issues when upgrading recent plugins but this is the first time I have lost data. Can you please hold off any further investigations into my issue until I have upgraded.

Hi there I am having the exact same problem. Although I have enabled the recurrence button in settings when I go to create an event there is no option for me to actually create a recurrence. I am using Woothemes Canvas.

I don’t use JetPack so don’t think this is specific to Jetpack.

Also concerned that I have not had a response in over a month and there seems to be a long trail of other issues that have not been responded to.

Just an update for everyone I have mailed the plugin author and hope for an answer soon. Appreciate that he may be really busy but this is a great plugin and it will be a shame if support is ceasing.

Apologies but I don’t understand your reply. As far as I can see it is indexing the content which is why the word is highlighted when you open up the question or answer.
