I have Pro version, it′s also not in the widget area for me. Slider also not working. And all ads widgets are gone from the sidebars. I reported to Advanced Ads already by mail

1&1 Ionos is doing the bugfix rollout. I wouldn’t do anything with the mu-plugin – I would just wait. Only few hours to go…

I just got the information, that the bug will be fixed. Rollout of new Managed WordPress should be done within two days. This information I got from 1&1 Ionos support.

I contacted the support, but no response so far. But I wouldn’t change something in the folders with Managed WordPress, because version 5.2. of WordPress is already anounced. And with the next update the same problems might occur. Is Contact 7 already tested with version 5.1.1? As far as I seefrom the plugin-list, it’s not, it’s last tested 3 months ago? And for that reason it makes it easy for providers like 1&1 Ionos, to blame Contact 7 maker?

thank you for the useful hints Drakhem and grunser. Did 1&1 ionos remove the plugin, or did you have to do it? And is it just the folder with the plugin or also the php-document in the mu-plugin-folder? Thank you for your support ??
