I know how to pre-fill the form. That isn’t the issue. It’s that the form does not reset back to the default values selected on browswer refresh.

It is in the centre area, but not centred.

That looks like a tablet. Try a mobile. The social icons are not centred.

As far as I can tell it’s something to do with either the z index or the overflow. Neither of which I know how to fix …

I took out the widget because it would hinder users. However, it was located above the top nav. Annoyingly it works in the RH nav, but that’s well below the fold on phones (80% user base).

Fixed. I found some more ampersands in the code. Thank you.

Oh no. the selected value message is still there, too.

I removed all ampersands and the “selected value does not exist” message is gone, but I’m still getting the “Please complete required fields” message. The only required field is the email address, which is completed.

Okay, so that’s only available with the premium plug-in, yes?

I’m sorry. I don’t know what you mean. I indicated which icons in question 1.
