There was a major update to the Watson Assistant service earlier today. Part of that update was an introduction of the new 2.0 version of the API. We were expecting everything to continue to work unchanged for the v1.0 API. And by and large it does, but there are changes that we will have to implement in the plugin to accommodate new functionality. Stay tuned.

I do like your bot. One suggestion I would have is to state in the welcome message what kind of things your bot can help with. For example: “I can help you choose a course at the right level”.

This is most likely caused by the update to the Watson Assistant service to the v2.0 API. Our engineers are looking in to this. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Just to clarify, are you looking to add a button for the:

1. website visitor to print the dialogue history, or
2. website operator to print a dialog with a particular visitor?

Sorry you are having problems. Was this a one-time error or are you gettting it every time?

When I go to https://www.smragle.com/WP I get redirected to https://smragle.com/w_api/Handler.php. The content of that page is “Not Found”.

We believe that this is a real power and value of chatbots and we are enhancing this plugin to do this. Our first step is already done. You can now get some basic information about the person your chatbot is conversing. I believe this issue was fixed in version 0.7.5 of the Watson Assistant plug-in.

You should be able to use currently available plugin on sites use Woocommerce but there is no integration with the Woocommerce data
